Qualifying as a Vehicle Technician in 2004, Carl Shackleford, owner of CDS Autocare has become a well know name in the Surrey Mechanical Trade.

Before becoming self-employed, Carl was a Vauxhall Technician at Wilsons Car Servicing, Epsom; dealing with the majority of all car makes such as Vauxhall, BMW/Mini, Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Peugeot, VW/Audi, and Volvo.

Previous to this Carl worked at Royce Service and Engineering, Betchworth; specialising in servicing Rolls-Royce and Bentleys and he has also worked at a Diesel Specialist in Croydon, London.

After dreaming of setting up his own business, Carl set up CDS Autocare and has never looked back.

Carl is dedicated to providing a high level of service for his loyal customers and his vast knowledge of vehicles ensures that his customers come back year after year for Carl's professionalism, reliability, 

trustworthyness and friendly attitude.

A fully qualified vehicle technician, Carl is also a registered MOT tester and regularly updates his competencies, for example, recently becoming GDPR Compliant.

Carl lives with his wife and family in Fetcham, and in his spare time enjoys spectating and racing Stock Rods at UK Stock Rods. 

Carl also enjoys helping other drivers repair their race cars as well as sponsoring them to race.
